In the New Testament, there are no emphasis on generational curses. Jesus more than anyone else dealt with demonic cases and yet in all the records there is not one hint of “generational curses.” Jesus could have easily taught about it in

John 9:1-3
[1] And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. [2] And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? [3] Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Jesus made it clear that the “curse” had nothing to do with the past. This leads me to ask the question as to whether the emphasis that has developed on generational curses Is it the latest fad, to fleece God’s people or is there clear Biblical teaching to show what we are experiencing today in the body Jesus Christ. Today just about everyone has a generational curse according to some Bible teachers, prophets and prophetess.

Jeremiah 31:29-30
In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.
But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.
